Kamal Bir founded Blue Sapphire Residency Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2007 on the core values of expectation-exceeding service, a passion for quality, and winning through teamwork. Currently, Kamal Bhuker and his younger brother, Kapil Bhuker, are running the company.

They entered the FnB industry with the launch of their first restaurant, the “Knight Rider”, in Cyber City, the corporate hub of Gurgaon. Today, the restaurant caters to a diverse crowd of professionals from across the city. With the opening of a second branch, the Knight Rider Junction, it is now one of the leading restaurant chains in the city, both in terms of dining and catering.

Blue Sapphire is set to unveil their third restaurant, George, in Kala Ghoda, Mumbai. It is located at a walking distance from the Bombay Stock Exchange. With a seating capacity of 350, and a carpeted area of 8,000 square feet. George is an ambitious project that is sure to be a success, given the track record of Blue Sapphire.
