Kamal Bir founded Blue Sapphire Residency Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2007 on the core values of expectation-exceeding service, a passion for quality, and winning through teamwork. Currently, Kamal Bhuker and his younger brother, Kapil Bhuker, are running the company.

They entered the FnB industry with the launch of their first restaurant, the “Knight Rider”, in Cyber City, the corporate hub of Gurgaon. Today, the restaurant caters to a diverse crowd of professionals from across the city.
